Why Participate:

What You Receive:

• Includes Town of Greenwich Permits to have tables/tents on sidewalks. All tables and clothing racks must be parallel to street in front of your store so that sidewalk is unobstructed and people can walk on sidewalk.

• Comprehensive advertising and publicity campaign (print, social media, internet) spanning Fairfield, Westchester, Orange Counties and NYC to drive traffic to downtown Greenwich to your store.

• Company name listed on GCC website and one full page newsprint ad (Deadline for registration is June 15th)

IMPORTANT:

• No other business OR restaurant is allowed to use your sidewalk in front of your store per Town of Greenwich regulations.

• No music, megaphones or noise permitted on the sidewalk outside your store.

• Absolutely no food samples without Health Department approval. Bottled, sealed water is OK.​

• Only 10 Vendor Spaces Available. Opportunity to promote your business to shoppers without a storefront.

What You Receive:

• One 10' x 10' space in front of the Greenwich Senior Center, 299 Greenwich Avenue OR on Arch St. OR on/near The Avenue.

• Comprehensive advertising and publicity campaign (social media, print, internet in Fairfield, Westchester, Orange Counties and NYC) to drive traffic to downtown Greenwich including your name.

• Company name listed on GCC website and one full page newsprint ad.

Vendor Qualifications and What You MUST Complete by May 15th:

• MUST BE A GREENWICH LICENSED BUSINESS and show proof.

• MUST COMPLETE: 1) This Vendor Registration Form and payment details.

• MUST COMPLETE: 2) Town of Greenwich Vendor Held Harmless Agreement, 3) Town of Greenwich Vendor Insurance Agreement and provide 4) Certificate of Insurance naming the Town of Greenwich, Dept. of Parks & Recreation as Additional Insured.

• An approved Vendor is not allowed to share, sell or rent their space to another business during the event. No food distribution without Health Department approved paperwork.​​​
