Greenwich Chamber of Commerce Welcomes New Chairman of the Board

Greenwich Chamber of Commerce has elected Nathaniel Barnum, Senior Vice President, Lincoln Property Company, Chairman of the Board. Dana Marnane, Vice President, Public Relations of Greenwich Hospital has been elected Vice-Chair.

Nat is moving to the Chairman of the Board position from his role as Government & Community Affairs Chair. The Chamber's outgoing Board Chair; Peter Carlson, Carlson & Carlson, was elected as the new Government & Community Affairs Chair.

Nathaniel Barnum has been a lifelong resident of Greenwich and a graduate of Brunswick School and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Ithaca College.

He joined the commercial real estate firm Lincoln Property Company (LPC) in 2016 as a Senior Vice President.  Previously he was the Executive Vice President at New England Land Company for the previous 30 years.  Mr. Barnum has experience in leasing and selling commercial property in southern Fairfield County.  He has been responsible for over 800 hundred lease and sale transactions representing over $900 million of value.  Mr. Barnum’s experience includes office and retail leasing and sales along with working with investment companies.  Mr. Barnum is a licensed real estate broker in Connecticut and New York.
 
In addition, Mr. Barnum has been a board member of The ONS Foundation, The Greenwich Red Cross, The Field Club of Greenwich, Christ Church Outreach Foundation and a member of the Brunswick School Alumni Council. Currently, he is the Chairman of the board of the Greenwich Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Fairfield Business Network.

He lives in Riverside CT. with his wife and son and enjoys playing squash, town softball and occasionally golf, from which he keeps a good sense of humor.
