Powerhouse Coaching is led by Katherine Hosie, a nationally trusted executive coach with 20,000+ hours of experience supporting high-performing CEOs, founders, and senior leaders.

Katherine has coached full-time since 2003, and has coached CEOs specifically since 2009. She holds a Master’s in Evidence-Based Coaching Psychology, with a specialization in Peak Performance and Optimal Functioning.

Based in Greenwich, Connecticut, Katherine works with senior leaders operating under sustained, high-consequence pressure, where clarity, composure, and personal authority are essential. Her work strengthens strategic thinking, executive presence, decision quality, and leadership impact, helping leaders perform at their best and scale while navigating complexity with confidence.
