Alessandra M. Messineo Long, Esq

Alessandra is currently the Principle at her own firm, Law Offices of Alessandra M. Messineo Long, LLC. She represents Corporations, Non Profit Organizations, small businesses, entrepreneurs, consultants as well as individuals. She practices in the areas of Corporate Contracts and Corporate Formation, General Business Law, Non Profit Organizations, Wills, Trusts and Estates, and Sexual Abuse matters.

Alessandra has been Corporate Counsel in the litigation and regulatory departments at Sempra Energy and Long Island Lighting Company and has been an associate at two NYC law firms.

Alessandra graduated Cum Laude with an Associates in Applied Science degree in Fashion Buying and Merchandising from the Fashion Institute of Technology. After a study abroad in Florence, Italy where she studied International Business and Art History, she went on to receive a Bachelors in Applied Science degree from New York University Stern School of Business graduating with a double major in International Business and Marketing. Alessandra proceeded to earn her Juris Doctorate degree from St. John’s University School of Law, and is licensed to practice law in New York, California, The District of Columbia and Connecticut.

She is currently serving on the Board of Directors for the Metro New York North Red Cross, NY/CT Metro Chapter and the Old Timers Association.
