Location: This is an on-site/in office and work from home hybrid position
Job Type: Full-Time


Position Summary:
The Private Client Advisor plays a key role in providing exceptional service and customized personal insurance solutions to high-net-worth individuals and families (our clients). This position involves managing client relationships, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and the agency. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, service-driven, and experienced in handling the unique needs of affluent clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Client Relationship Management:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for high-net-worth clients, addressing inquiries and providing solutions promptly.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Conduct annual policy reviews to align coverage with evolving client needs.
  2. Policy and Coverage Management:
    • Assist clients with securing appropriate coverage for homes, vehicles, collections, and other assets.
    • Handle new business quotes, renewals, and endorsements efficiently.
    • Liaise with insurance carriers to provide the best options for clients.
  3. Risk Assessment and Mitigation:
    • Conduct detailed risk assessments to identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate solutions.
    • Educate clients on potential risks and strategies to minimize exposure.
  4. Compliance and Documentation:
    • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and agency standards.
    • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
  5. Collaboration and Team Support:
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
    • Contribute to the development of marketing strategies to attract high-net-worth clients.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred but not required.
  • Experience:
    • 2+ years of experience in a business environment - personal insurance, wealth management, or a related field preferred not required.
    • Experience working with high-net-worth clients is a strong advantage.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with client-service mindset.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Proficient in insurance management software, Gmail, Excel and other MS Office Products.
    • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional client service.
    • Able to work in a team environment.  Easily gains the trust and support of peers.
  • Licenses/Certifications:
    • Property and Casualty insurance license preferred.
