Funds raised from the YMCA of Greenwich's annual gala help to provide critical programs and services to our community at little to no cost, including water safety education, child care, chronic disease prevention, and so much more. Join us as we recognize Governor Ned Lamont for his unwavering dedication to Connecticut and the YMCA. A former Greenwich selectman and YMCA of Greenwich board member, Governor Lamont has been a champion for our communities—investing in childcare, youth programs, and water safety. His commitment to service and leadership has made a lasting impact, and we are proud to celebrate his contributions at this year’s gala. How To Support The Gala Purchase Opportunity Prize Tickets: Our Premier Sponsor, Lugano Diamonds, graciously donated a stunning pair of hoop earrings for this year’s Opportunity Prize! Featuring 24 rose-cut diamonds totaling 2.45 carats and set in 18K white gold, this $11,800 opportunity prize is open to all, regardless of attendance at the gala. Each $100 ticket offers a chance to win, with only 250 tickets available. The winner will be announced at the Gala—just in time for Mother’s Day! Purchase An Ad In The Journal: The gala journal is distributed to the 300+ Gala attendees and sponsors and all journal ads will be displayed on our facility monitors and scoreboard leading up to the Gala.
