Walk in the Park for Abilis
The Walk for Abilis is scheduled for Sunday, October 19, 2014. The walk will be held at Greenwich Point Park (Tod's Point). Check-in and activities begin at 10:30AM and the walk starts at noon. For more information please visit www.abilis.us/walk or call 203-531-1880. The Walk for Abilis has something for everyone! It's a one mile route that is wheelchair and stroller accessible. We have activities for all, including a bouncy castle, face painting, food and much more! You can register in advance as an individual walker or you can create or join a team. Build a profile for yourself and invite your friends to join or sponsor you on our website! Everyone who raises $50 or more receives a free Walk for Abilis t-shirt at the event! Free admission and parking. Please no dogs, rollerblades or skateboards! Join us and support your community and Abilis! Abilis provides people with developmental disabilities and their families in Lower Fairfield County with supports and advocacy for building able lives and strong communities.
