Parking Information:

Convenient hourly parking is available at two Pickwick Plaza garages located just steps from Greenwich Avenue:

• 200 Greenwich Avenue Garage – Entrance located on Elm Street
• Pickwick Plaza Garage – Entrance located on Putnam Avenue, adjacent to Sotheby's

Both garages offer hourly parking and provide easy access to downtown Greenwich and event locations. Municipal Parking and nearby side streets are also available.


Existing Downtown Businesses Rules & Regulations

• NEW FOR 2026: Locate your "Sidewalk Sale" inside or outside your store.
• ​Includes Town of Greenwich Permits to have tables/tents on sidewalks. All tables and clothing racks must be parallel to street in front of your store so that sidewalk is unobstructed and people can walk on sidewalk.

• Comprehensive advertising and publicity campaign (print, social media, internet) spanning Fairfield, Westchester, Orange Counties and NYC to drive traffic to downtown Greenwich to your store.

• No other business OR restaurant is allowed to use your sidewalk in front of your store per Town of Greenwich regulations.

• No music, megaphones or noise permitted on the sidewalk outside your store.

• Absolutely no food samples without Health Department approval. Bottled, sealed water is OK.​​
