Since 1999, I've had the good fortune to actively contribute to Family Centers' growth, transformation, and increasing organizational complexity. As Chief Operating Officer of Family Centers, I have helped lead the health, education and human service organization serving more than 25,000 individuals annually and employing a workforce of 280+ professionals. In close partnership with the executive leadership and Board, I have supported strategic expansion, organizational integration, and infrastructure development that helped grow the organization from $5.3 million to $27.6 million. Earlier, as Chief Advancement Officer, I led revenue strategy generating more than $4 million annually through philanthropy, foundation funding, and strategic partnerships.
