We are partnering with Greenwich Commission on Aging to bring you this important seminar.
Advances in science, public health and economic development have given us the gift of longevity. Yet we all must consider and address whether to squander this gift or to use it to its utmost potential. Research shows that living vibrant and purposeful lives as we age increases longevity and positively affects physical, cognitive and mental health and well-being.
We will discuss ways for you to age well in the Town of Greenwich through vibrant living and purposeful aging.
Presenters: Lori Contadino, MS, MAE, CDP, Municipal Agent for the Elderly, Certified Dementia Practitioner and Steven B. Katz, JD, MBA, LLM, MPH, CPA, CMC, CDP, FACHE, SHRM-SCP, Chair Town of Greenwich Commission on Aging, adjunct assistant professor, Columbia University School of Public Health.
